Key facts

Process modeling according to BPMN and the related documentation are part of your tasks, preparing existing processes in a transparent and structured way
During process workshops you help with preparation and follow-up, contribute your ideas and actively help moderate
You model and document processes according to BPMN and so contribute to a consistent process landscape
You prepare keynote talks and support the further development of existing processes with your insights and suggestions
You actively accompany the implementation of the process governance concept by helping shape process improvements in workshops
Together with the departments you analyze processes, identify optimization potential and actively support the continuous improvement process (CIP) with your ideas and measures

You are an enrolled student in business administration, economics or a comparable field
You are interested in process management, organizational development and the continuous improvement of workflows
Ideally you bring first experience in process modeling (BPMN)
Structured and independent work and a strong willingness to learn characterize you
When working with colleagues you approach people openly and gather valuable information for process workshops through targeted questions
You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level), enjoy teamwork and stand out through reliability and commitment
