What you'll do
- Support the series care of medical technology products in intensive care ventilation
- Record, check and document customer and technician feedback following defined processes
- Evaluate device data, logbooks and technical information using set criteria
- Create, maintain and update analysis reports, overviews and documentation in German and English
- Edit and maintain technical documents and product-related data sets
- Support administrative and organizational tasks within series care
- Use existing digital tools and automation solutions to efficiently handle recurring tasks
What you need
- You are studying engineering, ideally related to medical technology, electrical engineering, computer science or a related field, and are enrolled.
- You have a technical understanding of how pneumatics, electronics and software work together.
- You are enthusiastic about data analysis, automation and the practical use of AI applications.
- You bring great reliability and initiative and are interested in series support activities.
- You communicate convincingly, are open-minded and enjoy working in a team.
- Availability for at least 12 months, ideally alongside your studies (up to 20 hours/week)
