What you'll do
- Support the strategic procurement team with national and international sourcing projects
- Carry out market, price and supplier analyses in the IT and digitalization area
- Prepare tender documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Help with offer comparisons and commercial and qualitative evaluations
- Maintain and analyze contract data in the area of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Support contract negotiations and the documentation of negotiation results
- Contribute to Sourcing Council recommendations
- Support supplier evaluations
- Independently carry out small to medium-sized procurement projects
What you need
- Studies in economics, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Strong interest in IT, digitalization and business topics
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident handling of numbers and data
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
