After your onboarding, you support our projects on change management, culture development, training, coaching, (large) group events, agile transformation and digitalization as a valued team member.
You actively contribute to the design, management, further development and evaluation of interventions in BASF's large business transformations.
Together we analyze trends and drive change to continually develop BASF's business units.
You support the user-friendly preparation, professional communication and implementation of our concepts for and with managers, e.g. as presentations, meetings and workshops, whiteboard applications and web solutions.

Studies in psychology, social sciences, economics, humanities or communication studies; at least 90 credits and enrolled at a university
Practical experience in management consulting, prior knowledge of change management, digitalization, personnel development and communication
Enjoy working independently, good self-organization, analytical thinking, a feel for design
Very good knowledge of German and English and of MS Office applications

Practical phase - actively apply theory in demanding and varied tasks and projects
Team buddy - contact person for all questions and regular feedback
Networks - get to know different perspectives, ways of thinking and fields of work
