Create and revise communication materials such as internal announcements, newsletters and presentations
Create and maintain content for internal communication channels: write articles, design graphics, keep intranet pages up to date
Support the planning, organization and running of meetings, workshops and other internal events
Carry out research, surveys and feedback analyses to evaluate and improve communication measures
Work closely with different departments so communication activities are well coordinated and successful
Support the preparation and organization of events with expert communities

At least 90 credits and enrolled as a student in communication science, media studies, business administration or a comparable field
Practical experience in management consulting, prior knowledge of change management, digitalization, personnel development and communication
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Enjoy working independently, good self-organization, analytical thinking, sense for design
