What you need
- Studying psychology with an interest in positive psychology in a company setting
- Ideally first practical experience, e.g. with change processes
- Very good German, spoken and written, and a good feel for wording and successful communication
- Ideally first experience with practical statistical analysis
- Flexible, independent and happy to work in a team
- Enrolled at a university or college
