Support in acquiring and carrying out exciting national and international M&A projects
Help create marketing documents (teaser, information memorandum, management presentation etc.)
Extensive market and company analyses
Create long and short lists: identifying potential buyers (sell-side) or potential target companies (buy-side)
Support in company valuations (discounted cash flow, multiples, LBO etc.) and in acquisition activities

At least four completed semesters in a business, engineering or natural sciences degree program with very good academic results
Ideally first practical experience in corporate finance, management consulting or auditing
A high level of teamwork and strong analytical skills
German and English at C1 level
Excellent IT skills, especially MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong affinity for technology and enthusiasm for forward-looking AI and digitalization solutions
