What you'll do
- Vehicle development process along the V-model
- Methods and tools to increase efficiency
- Communication and training materials
- Internal process documentation
- Workshops and training on using methods and tools
- Collaboration with various departments and interface partners (including IT) to identify and implement improvements
What you need
- A place at university in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or industrial informatics, or a comparable degree program (at least in the 3rd semester or in the gap year between Bachelor's and Master's)
- Interest in process optimization and method development
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Teamwork and good communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills (min. B2)
