Key facts

Duration: 5 to 6 months
Subject you study: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration

Integrated in the team, you experience first-hand the interfaces between production, development, sales, procurement and controlling
A very good overview of the group's processes through committee work in launch and change management
Close cooperation with the production planning departments, e.g. body shop, paint, assembly, upholstery, axle and engine/e-drive planning as well as plant quality and order control
Getting to know the development sites and production sites depending on the vehicle project
Depending on the project phase, tasks of production project management include e.g. site decisions, make-or-buy assessments, securing the pre-series phase, launch support through to series support and product upgrades

A place at university in (industrial) engineering, informatics or business administration (at least in the 3rd semester or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's)
Good teamwork skills and curiosity
Good work structure

Mobile learning and flexible working hours by agreement in the team
Getting to know the Weissach or Hemmingen development site and the Zuffenhausen, Leipzig or Bratislava production sites (depending on the vehicle project)
