What you'll do
- You actively work in the investment team and gain insights into indirect real estate investment, from German special funds to international private equity real estate funds.
- You prepare and follow up on committee meetings.
- You carry out research tasks and work on economic and regulatory questions.
- You gain insights into investment reviews and contract negotiations for national and international real estate investments.
What you need
- You are studying business administration, economics, law or a related subject in an advanced bachelor's or master's semester and are among the top students of your year based on your grades.
- First relevant work experience and an interest in economic relationships and capital market topics are also desirable.
- You learn new topics quickly and are experienced with the MS Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
