Enrolled student (m/f/d) in facility management, real estate management or a similar degree program
First practical experience or a completed apprenticeship is a plus, but not required
Technical and business understanding and interest in building management
Conceptual thinking, structured and independent working style, quick comprehension and good time management
Friendly and reliable manner towards customers and colleagues
High self-motivation and IT skills

Practical experience – hands-on experience in a forward-looking environment, working on sustainable and pioneering projects.
Mentoring – an experienced mentor guides your placement, with regular feedback talks.
Contract – limited (up to 12 weeks)! We offer you the option to write your bachelor's or master's thesis with us.
Mobile working – we support your work-life balance by letting you do part of your work from home.
Flexible working hours – organize your day individually within our flextime model, in agreement with your department.
Onboarding – structured induction by your team and work in a dynamic and inspiring environment.
