Support with administrative order processing using SAP and Excel
Creating documentation of processes in the Operational Management team
Close collaboration with the Operational Management team and relevant interface areas
Support with clerical work, especially data collection and KPI analysis
Helping to document and further develop existing processes transparently

Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, or completed vocational training in a technical field, is an advantage
First experience in a production environment or a comparable area is an advantage
Very good German skills and basic English skills
Confident with Microsoft 365; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
Good communication skills and strong initiative
