About the programme

Real Estate Engineering and Management at the University of Stuttgart is a four-semester Master's covering the full lifecycle of real estate, from planning and building to maintenance, marketing and property management. European real estate has large development potential: many apartments, office buildings, shopping centres and sports and cultural complexes need developing, planning, renovating or remodelling, and real estate is one of the biggest investment vehicles for institutional investors such as insurers and pension funds. Each phase calls for strong professional skills in many specialties. It suits you if you are interested in both engineering and business, as well as mathematics and physics.
