About the programme
Tourism Development Strategies is a Master of Arts (M.A.) at the University of Stralsund's School of Business Studies, taught mainly in English. Depending on your first degree it takes 2, 3 or 4 semesters (60 to 120 ECTS); the 3- and 4-semester tracks start in winter or summer, and the 2-semester track only in winter. The programme prepares you to shape the tourism of the future in an innovative, digital and sustainable way. Highlights are an international excursion with insights into destination development, a possible semester abroad at partner universities, and double Master's degree options with partners in France and Italy. All tracks need a degree in economics and English at B2; the 2- and 3-semester tracks also need a relevant internship or work experience, and foreign applicants on the 3- and 4-semester tracks need German at B2. Admission is free of restrictions.
