About the programme
Information Engineering is a Master of Science at FHDW Hannover that prepares you for work in a fast-moving digital economy, where new products, business models and value chains depend on interdisciplinary thinking. You gain IT, methodological and social skills so you can drive innovation in companies. Through theory, case studies and practical applications you learn to assess, apply and develop software engineering methods, with courses that follow current trends and technologies, so you can bring your own IT projects into companies and support their digital transformation. The programme has 90 ECTS over 18 months full time, alternating each quarter between three months of classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays and three months of company project work, including the thesis. You can attend in Hannover or online. It normally starts in October.
