About the programme

Sociotechnical Cybersecurity is an English-taught Master of Science at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt (THI) that combines technical security knowledge with social science perspectives. Besides building secure architectures and defending against attacks, you learn how human behaviour, organisational structures and cultural factors shape cybersecurity. The focus is on cybersecurity in mobility, industry and healthcare, with topics such as post-quantum cryptography, quantum key distribution and AI-supported security. German language electives are offered. The programme runs full time in Ingolstadt for four semesters (120 ECTS) and starts in the summer semester.
