About the programme

The SAP Engineering & Analytics (M.Sc.) programme is offered by Hochschule Fresenius Heidelberg and was developed in collaboration with the SAP University Alliances. It is aimed at graduates in information technology, engineering or business who want to deepen their skills in data analysis and digital transformation. The application-oriented curriculum blends business, IT and engineering. Key topics include SAP business software and ERP management, business analytics and intelligence, database management with SAP HANA, software development and user experience design, web development with JavaScript and SAP UI5, and project and product management in digital IT. You choose two of seven electives in digital transformation and programming, such as backend development with C++, SAP ABAP or IT and security management. Careers include SAP consultant, business process analyst, data analyst and SAP solution architect.

You must have completed a bachelor’s study program with at least 180 credit points Subject-specific admission requirement

Your bachelor’s degree is required to be in a relevant field, such as engineering, IT or business. Applicants must demonstrate at least 30 Credit Points in business, information technology, and/or engineering modules. Missing credit points can be replaced by a successfully completed subject-related interview.

You need to provide evidence that your English language skills are equivalent to Level B2 of the European Framework of Reference for Languages.

If you fulfil the admission requirements, your personal study advisor will invite you to an admission interview. The admission interview is not a knowledge test. We would like to find out more about your personality, your reasons for choosing Hochschule Fresenius and your motivation to study. The interview is scheduled for 15 minutes.

After successful completion of the admission interview, we will send you the study contract with all details on the next steps.

Special advice for Indian students regarding the APS:

Once you receive your letter of acceptance, please complete your application as soon as possible. You do not need to wait for the APS certificate. Once you complete the application process and receive the visa documents, our International Office will inform the APS Team India to prioritize your case if needed.

Digital copies are sufficient for most documents. At some point before matriculation, we will need to see a certified copy of your previously acquired qualification(s). However, you can submit this once you have arrived in Germany.

You will find an upload section on the online application portal with the documents required for enrollment. The only thing needed by post is a certified copy of your university entrance qualification. All other documents required for enrollment can be submitted after the application procedure.

Advanced Deposit

Applicants from non-EU countries need to pay a security deposit. This is not an additional fee, but an advance payment. The deposit will be offset against the tuition fees for the final six months of the last semester of the study program. The deposit accounts to EUR 3,000.
