What is included
Discounted DHL rate
Flat ₹2,033 per application package, well below standard DHL counter rates. Same DHL service, with door-to-door pickup.
3-4 working day delivery
Documents reach German universities within 3-4 working days of pickup. Delivery confirmation sent once the package is signed for.
Up to 500 g, A3 size
Packets up to 500 g and A3 size are accepted. Contents must be documents only. Sealed university transcripts and LORs are not opened during security checks.
Home pickup, where available
DHL representative calls within 24 hours to schedule home pickup. Remote-area locations can drop the packet at the nearest DHL or BlueDart counter.
Real-time tracking
Receive an Airway Bill (AWB) with a 10-digit tracking number after pickup. Track the package on the DHL website and download electronic proof of delivery.
KYC on pickup
Bring one valid ID (PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar, or Passport copy) during pickup. Online payment is confirmed by the DHL representative during their callback.

Note:
1. If you have placed the order after 5 PM, you will receive the call on the next working day.
2. Sunday is a holiday.
3. In case you didn't respond to the call, the pickup details will be confirmed via email.
1. All the documents should be enclosed in one PACKET. Envelopes of up to A3 size are allowed.
2. Your packet should NOT weigh more than 500 gms.
3. The content of the pack should only be documents.
Note: You may be asked to open the sealed documents for security check, please co-operate. They will put their SECURITY CHECKED labels in front of you. University sealed transcripts or LOR envelopes DO NOT need to be opened. If the staff insists, please report that to us. Both the FROM & TO addresses should be written on the envelope to ensure safe delivery.
1. Confirm with your target university that they accept the combined packet.
2. The combined packet should not weigh more than 500 gm.
3. The packet size should not exceed standard A4.
4. Please separate the applications into smaller envelopes and name them appropriately.
