Operations support – You support the EiR in daily business: customer onboarding, communication, documentation and coordination with the external developer team. We need you on 2-3 fixed days a week, partly on site.
Customer support – You are the contact point for incoming requests, maintain customer contact and help ensure a smooth user experience.
Market & research – You monitor competitors, research potential customers and partnerships and prepare decision materials.

Studies – You study business administration, business informatics, humanities, psychology or a comparable subject, ideally from the 3rd semester.
Organizational talent – You keep an overview, work in a structured way and do not lose the thread even with several tasks at once.
Initiative – You do not wait for instructions but ask questions, think along and get stuck in.
Language skills – You speak very good German and English.

Real insight into building a startup – You see from the inside how a software unit is taken from zero to scale – not from a textbook, but live.
Direct collaboration – You work closely with the EiR and the founders – no middle manager, no long approval paths.
Network – Direct access to decision-makers from business, politics and media.
Office with character – Our office is in an old variety theater in the middle of Berlin. There are worse places to work.
