What you'll do
- Stakeholder communication: prepare presentations, status updates, FAQs, newsletters and information material
- Information hub: help build and maintain a central information platform in SharePoint
- Workshop and event management: help plan office hours, town halls and information events
- Change support: support the switch from SAP BW to Snowflake and help plan and carry out change measures
- Training and enablement: design and coordinate training formats and prepare learning material
What you need
- Enrolled student for at least 1 more year in a communication-related degree (e.g. communication science, marketing)
- Analytical thinking
- Self-reliance and organization
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Very good German, spoken and written (CEFR C1 or higher)
