What you'll do
- Preparation and digitization of incoming invoices (mail processing & scanning)
- Helping with the introduction and further development of e-invoicing
- Insights into modern invoice processing and automation processes
- Contributing to digitalization and automation initiatives in finance
- Supporting the Accounts Payable teams in day-to-day business
What you need
- You are currently studying economics or a similar degree program
- You can confidently use the common Microsoft 365 products
- Basic knowledge of SAP and experience with agents, flows or automation are an advantage
- You are highly self-motivated and have strong teamwork skills
- You are interested in digitalization topics in finance
