Key facts

You support the management of our social media presence on LinkedIn and Meta and help create and maintain the editorial plan.
You help design and create creative, audience-focused social media content in image, video and text formats and use relevant trends and formats to increase reach and relevance.
You help carry out recruiting and employer branding campaigns and support planning and implementation.
You also support various employer branding initiatives, contribute your own ideas and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You are currently studying marketing, communications, business or a similar field, have successfully completed at least three semesters and have at least 12 months of study left from January 2027.
You already have some relevant practical experience through internships and/or a working student job in social media or digital marketing.
You are confident with video editing tools like CapCut and graphics tools like Canva.
You speak fluent German and English.
You understand your target groups and have a strong sense for storytelling and visual content.
A structured, independent way of working and high quality standards round off your profile.
