Actively help shape the further development of competence management and organizational development in Digital & IT
Support the design, organization and delivery of workshops, events and learning and development formats
Create target-group-appropriate communication content and make competence, learning and future topics visible
Contribute to strategic topics of competence and personnel development and support the analysis of needs, feedback and survey results
Knowledge management, onboarding, mandatory training and further development of processes and standards
Work on trends around artificial intelligence, digitalization and modern ways of working and support concepts and presentations

Enrolled student in (business) informatics, business administration, (business) psychology or similar
Interest in modern IT organizations and in competence, personnel and organizational development
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Enjoy teamwork, bring your own ideas and communicate confidently with different contacts
Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
Experience with collaboration tools such as Conceptboard or DevOps and knowledge of AI applications or analysis and visualization tools are an advantage
