Help build and further develop our digital process landscape based on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
Structure, maintain and version technical documents, records and process descriptions
Revise, standardize and finalize procedures, work instructions and forms together with the departments
Support document control and quality assurance measures in plant operations
Further develop a Canvas app to support operational workflows
Help standardize processes and provide operational knowledge digitally
Support the continuous improvement of our organization and documentation structures

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in industrial engineering, business informatics, process engineering, environmental engineering, technical documentation, information management or a comparable degree program
Interest in process management, digitalization and technical documentation
First experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms is desirable
Interest in the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate
Confident use of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Interest in technical plant processes, documentation systems and knowledge management
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Good German skills, spoken and written

Work on a forward-looking project in the circular economy and resource conservation
Practical experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform and digital documentation systems
Insight into building a modern process landscape and an integrated management system
Close cooperation with technical experts, plant engineers and specialist departments
Self-directed tasks with room to shape things and visible results
