You support digital user experience concepts with a focus on our customer portal and website
You create prototypes and support the conception, giving valuable input to our development teams and other internal stakeholders
You accompany the execution and evaluation of rapid user tests, A/B tests and user/customer surveys
You carry out market analyses and competitor monitoring on digital trends in the insurance industry
You evaluate customer feedback from various sources and help derive measures

You study User Experience Design, Media and Communication Design, Psychology or another business-related degree program and ideally have already gained first practical experience in user experience, customer experience management or similar
You are enthusiastic about current digital trends
You are a team player (m/f/d) with a high level of motivation, communication skills and personal responsibility
You work in a structured way and have very good analytical and conceptual skills
You can use MS Office products confidently; it is an advantage if you already have first experience with Figma or other design tools
You have very good German and English skills, spoken and written
