What you'll do
- Record and store new vehicle documents, physically and in the system
- Retrieve documents, book them out in the system and prepare them for shipping
- Improve processes together with the team
- Support the sub-department head with special tasks (if needed)
What you need
- Enrolled student (m/f/d); the field of study does not matter
- Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
- Good with numbers, strong concentration and enjoy working in a team
- Good MS Office skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work early and late shifts between 8:00 and 17:00
