IT helpdesk: You respond quickly and efficiently to requests and calls for help via the IT helpdesk for the stores.
Computer setup: Install and configure new laptops according to company requirements.
IT security checks: You regularly check IT security, especially regarding passwords.

You study computer science, business informatics or a similar degree program.
You have knowledge of IT software and hardware as well as experience in IT support.
You have basic knowledge and experience in programming.
Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
