Key facts

You build lead lists and outbound campaigns for our customers in Clay and other modern GTM tools.
You enrich data and use AI to research relevant signals such as funding, job changes and software used.
You write personalized outreach sequences for email and LinkedIn.
You automate recurring workflows using n8n, Claude Code or similar tools.
You work closely with our GTM engineers and contribute your own ideas to our internal GTM playbook.

German at C2 level: You speak and write German confidently and persuasively, as our customers are based in the DACH region.
Studies: You are enrolled at a university and can work 15 to 20 hours per week, ideally for at least 12 months.
Technical mindset: You are comfortable with new tools and can quickly learn Clay, n8n or Claude Code, or you have already done so.
Working style: You think analytically, work in a structured way and tackle problems yourself without waiting for instructions.
Motivation: You want to learn GTM engineering from the ground up and grow with us over the long term.

Great pay: You earn €18 to €22 per hour because you take responsibility for real customer projects.
Coaching and career: From day one, you learn directly from our GTM engineers in individual coaching sessions. We welcome strong working students into internships or full-time GTM engineer positions after graduation.
Flexibility: We arrange your working hours around your studies, with fewer hours during exams.
No more cooking: Every evening from 7 p.m., we order food for the team.
Great location and equipment: Our modern office is in Berlin-Mitte, between Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz. You work with excellent equipment, including a MacBook.
