What you'll do
- Carry out and introduce improvement ideas in production
- Improve production flow
- Conduct studies to check industrialization concepts
- Integrate project work into existing processes, procedures and manufacturing workflows
- Prepare and document project status
- Support work progress meetings
- Data management
What you need
- Enrolled as a full-time student in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Psychology or a comparable subject
- Some experience in project management and data management is required
- Enjoy working independently to move projects forward
- Knowledge of change management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace business tools is desirable
- German: C1 level
- English: at least B1 level
