What you'll do
- Request certificates and maintain them in databases
- Submit and process food law enquiries to suppliers
- Carry out traceability tests with suppliers
- Check, review and maintain suppliers' crisis contact data
- Help maintain data in GRS-Signum
- Help maintain and update quality management documents, including hazard analyses, supplier lists and allergen lists
- Update supplier questionnaires and maintain them in the inventory management system
- Help maintain complaint records
- Provide general support in daily operations
What you need
- Currently studying nutritional and household sciences or a related subject
- Objective, structured approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
- English skills are an advantage
