What you'll do
- Programming industrial robots, PLCs and custom software applications
- Planning and wiring electrical circuits
- 3D CAD design of tool prototypes for industrial robots
- Research tasks on the current state of the art
- Preparing presentations, first contact with customers
- Taking part in current research projects
- Working independently on demanding, long-term tasks
What you need
- Enrolled student (ideally 3rd semester or higher) in mechatronics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in programming with C++ or Python
- Experience in electrical engineering is desirable
- Experience with 3D CAD software (CATIA, Fusion 360, SolidWorks or similar)
- Reliability, communication and teamwork skills
- Technical understanding and an independent way of working
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
