You support our 17-person IT department and assist our members by phone from our location at the Stadthafen in Münster.
You handle simple data corrections in the system and give first help with application problems.

You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences.
You have very good German and English skills.
You are creative in finding solutions, especially for technical challenges, whether with smartphones or other devices.
You have experience with the most common 2FA apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy and LastPass Authenticator and can help our members install and set up these security solutions.
You stay calm even in heated phone calls and keep a cool head to act objectively and solution-focused in demanding situations.
