What you'll do
- Support of project work in the electromagnetic and thermal calculation of electric motors
- Creating and further developing scripts for the automated setup of electromagnetic FEM models of synchronous and asynchronous motors, among others
- Getting to know and using the FEM software ANSYS Electronics Desktop (Maxwell)
What you need
- Enrolment in electrical engineering (energy technology) or a comparable degree programme
- Interest in electric drives and in simulating and co-developing them with FEM
- Ideally knowledge of the Python programming language and the FEM software ANSYS (Maxwell)
- Personal motivation, communication skills, reliability, teamwork and a self-reliant way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
