Relationship work: you approach all visitors of the facility openly, with interest and appreciation
Organising and running activities for different target groups: you design and lead activities both in the open area and in small groups
Parent work and family education: you organise and lead welcome breakfasts on some Sundays as well as family education activities such as father-child meetings

Studies in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Education, Cultural Studies or similar fields)

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people of different ages and backgrounds

Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ideally experience with social media
Professional handling of closeness and distance with the people in care
