- Prepare and support fairs and events

- Enrolled in a degree such as education, educational science, business education, media education, computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on HR, or psychology
- Interest in digital education topics and new technologies such as AI
- Organizational skills, enjoyment of communication and teamwork
