What you'll do
- Work in changing project teams of 3–6 consultants on strategic and cross-functional projects
- Take responsibility for your own tasks and topics from day one
- Support the development of strategies and tailored solution concepts
- Analyze complex questions and develop structured solutions
- Assess opportunities and risks together with the project team
- Support clients in strategic decision-making
- Contribute to measures promoting growth and long-term competitiveness
- Prepare and present analysis results and recommendations
What you need
- Bachelor's degree (e.g. in business, STEM, law, psychology or comparable) with top grades, or currently in a gap year or master's studies
- First work experience in strategy consulting or a comparable strategic environment
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
- First experience abroad and intercultural skills
- Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of thinking ahead and bringing new ideas
