Through your internship you become part of our motivated recruiting team and actively work in operational recruiting
You take care of job postings on external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
You support applicant management and are in daily active contact with applicants, contacts in the departments and HR colleagues
You independently organize interview appointments and may take part in selected interviews yourself
You work on current projects and independently take over sub-projects
Within the Talent Acquisition team you can get an insight into employer branding and personnel marketing activities and take part in recruiting fairs

You are studying business administration, ideally with a focus on HR, or a comparable degree program
Ideally you already have some first experience in human resources
You have good German and English skills, spoken and written
A careful, structured and proactive way of working is one of your strengths
High commitment, organizational talent and enjoyment of independent work distinguish you
Your very good communication skills and strong teamwork round off your profile
