You help coordinate and monitor product launches to ensure a smooth process from the concept stage to market launch.
You work with teams across different functions to develop and carry out comprehensive launch strategies.
You manage product launch schedules, identify potential challenges and proactively put solutions in place across teams to ensure successful launches on time.
You work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits and unique selling points and turn them into compelling launch materials.
You gain insight into all teams involved in our product launch process, from laboratory development, purchasing and product design to launch on the website.
You learn about agile practices and how to coordinate and improve digital processes.
As a full member of the team, you can lead your own projects and receive support in areas that particularly interest you.

You are currently studying at university or have a comparable qualification.
You are a student seeking a required internship and can commit to six months.
You enjoy connecting teams and using your skills in efficient project management and effective communication.
You have strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and the ability to assert yourself.
You have a good understanding of sustainability and new trends in our industry.
You have a strong interest in our products, design, lifestyle and brand. You work independently and accurately.
You are a strong team player and enjoy working closely with others in a supportive environment.
You have excellent spoken and written German skills at C2 level and good English skills at B2 level.
