Key facts

Looking after customer handover between contract signing and installation, including reviewing customer information, collecting switching information and improving the CRM processes
Making sure every piece of information is in the right place at the right time
Taking on your own projects from the start, currently e.g. raising the reach rate with AI calling tools, from selection to rollout
Working on projects with visible impact and clear KPIs

Enrolled at university; the field of study hardly matters
At least 3 months available, ideally 6
Fluent German (at least C1) and residence in Berlin, as daily presence in the office is part of the job
First experience in a startup, consulting or a similarly fast-paced environment
A good sense for numbers: not just reporting but actually deriving decisions from them
Reliability in day-to-day work, even when it gets repetitive
Independent work where things get finished
Willingness to learn and pitch in, and the courage to ask when something is unclear
