What you'll do
- Developing sustainable real estate projects and contributing solutions for ecological and economic sustainability
- Analysis for property valuation in technical due diligence
- Taking part in architectural competitions and supporting tendering and awarding
- Supporting contract negotiations and administration and managing schedules, costs and quality
- Creating presentations, schedules, budget overviews and feasibility studies
What you need
- Studies in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction) or a comparable degree, at an advanced stage
- Sound knowledge of construction fundamentals and processes, plus desirable knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Confident use of MS Office products
- Good German skills at independent user level (at least B2)
- Motivation to develop further in an exciting, forward-looking work environment
- A meaningful cover letter is desirable
