What you'll do
- Reviewing and structuring the existing data sources (app store reviews and customer tickets)
- Evaluating current AI technologies (e.g. large language models, sentiment analysis tools, topic modeling)
- Developing a concept for automated categorization and prioritization of feedback
- Building a lean proof of concept (PoC) for automatically extracting "pain points" and feature requests
- Assessing the quality and reliability of AI-generated insights compared with manual analysis
What you need
- Advanced studies in business informatics, data science, mathematics or similar
- First practical experience with machine learning, NLP (Natural Language Processing) or LLMs
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python (an advantage for data analysis/prototyping)
- Analytical thinking, initiative and the ability to work through complex, unstructured text data in a structured way
