- You work independently on improving the customer experience.
- You support the team in creating information and training sheets for our employees.
- You help bring products and services to customers as well as possible and gather insights into how they are perceived.
- You actively help shape our Vodafone Spirit.
What you need
- You are either enrolled or currently in a gap year.
- You study business administration or a comparable field with good academic results.
- With first knowledge of MS Office and database models, you drive projects forward independently.
- You speak German and English fluently.
