Work on strategy and implementation projects
Solve challenging and key questions for our clients across all industries
Prepare and follow up workshops and help run them
Carry out and prepare market and sales analyses as well as benchmarks
Independently handle your own sub-tasks or fields of action from analysis to implementation

Studying economics or a similar field, preferably with a focus on sales, marketing, management, international business or similar
At least three semesters of study experience and first relevant practical experience
Enrolled at university or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's
Great interest in sales, brand and service trends and in new business models
Analytical skills and a conceptual way of thinking
Structured and professional way of working
An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathetic personality
Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Very good command of German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany
