- The purpose of this Master thesis opportunity is to establish and further develop a measurement and analysis chain for the quantative stress analysis NV-doped diamond by carrying out and evaluating ODMR measurements and linking them with suitable models in order to determine local stress components and inhomogeneities in diamond structures. The goal is to quantify stress as a quality and process parameter for the fabrication and optimization of diamond samples and structures for quantum technologies.
