You will work closely with production staff, technicians, and Lean Coaches
You will present your analyses and ideas for practical implementation
You will independently develop production parameters
After comprehensive onboarding, you will define the topic of your thesis yourself

You are studying Food Technology, Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
Initial experience in process optimization or a technical environment is an advantage
You have an analytical mindset and an interest in technical processes
You are familiar with Office 365 and use it effectively
You are open-minded and eager to gain new experiences
You bring a high level of initiative, are motivated, and enjoy developing new ideas
You have a good command of English and German, both written and spoken
