Key facts

You record administrative patient data, maintain it in the system and identify the responsible payers.
You inform and advise our patients about contract contents, co-payments, data protection, patient wristbands and optional services, and conclude the corresponding contracts.
Admitting and advising patients on the ward is also part of your duties.
You are the main contact for phone inquiries and forward them to the responsible departments.

You are a student in health management, business administration or similar, or have a similar qualification.
You guide our patients through our processes with empathy and see them in their individual situation.
You are well organized, communicative and enjoy contact with patients.
