What you'll do
- Help design and develop communication material for employees and managers in English and German
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to ensure market-aligned pay practice
- Help create HR-related reports and presentations for business representatives, workers council and committees
- Support with daily tasks, e.g., conducting research, joining relevant meetings (e.g., works council), facilitating labor law training for managers
- Draft emails on various topics
- Assist in handling labor law inquiries
- Help develop company regulations
- Accompany the whole employee life cycle
- Research and assist with operational topics
- Execute administrative tasks, e.g. HR Help cases, presentations, checklists
- Support in advising manager and employees
- Assist with specific HR projects
What you need
- Intermediate (B2) level German required for this role
- Internships in Germany are between 3 months and 6 months long. You must be available for the entire internship duration.
