About the programme
Electrical and Electronic Systems (Elektrische und Elektronische Systeme) at West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau is a consecutive Master of Science taught in German, three semesters (90 ECTS) full time or six part time, with starts in the winter or the summer semester. Electrical and electronic components that can be networked intelligently need new developments in vehicle electronics, energy technology and information and communication technology, and they must work reliably under extreme conditions. You gain knowledge of how modern electrical and electronic systems behave as a whole, robustness and functional safety, intelligent energy storage systems, and virtual reality and smart glasses systems. You can join research projects or student projects such as the Racing Team or the S.A.D.I. team. The mix of practical and research-oriented training prepares you for work in industry, including high-tech companies and research institutes, or for an academic career with a doctorate.
