About the programme
Electrical and Microsystems Engineering is a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) at OTH Regensburg, taught in German and English. It takes 3 full-time semesters (90 ECTS), or 4 semesters as a dual programme with a company, with starts on 15 March (summer) and 1 October (winter). Electrical engineering and microsystems engineering are its two pillars. The interdisciplinary, modular design gives you many choices to match your career plans, and you deepen and specialise your knowledge while learning about neighbouring fields. Teaching has a strong practical focus with modern labs, and you also build method, social and leadership skills. You can write your Master's thesis abroad and can earn a double degree with partner universities in Malaysia. Admission is not restricted by a numerus clausus but has entry criteria.
