About the programme
International Media Studies at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg is a four-semester, full-time Master's programme taught in English on the Sankt Augustin campus, starting in the winter term. It is offered together with the University of Bonn and the German international broadcaster Deutsche Welle. The programme brings together two sides: media and development cooperation on the one hand, and media management and communication science on the other. Beyond that, it includes journalism and practical media-based projects. The programme is accredited until 30 September 2028. It suits people who want to combine journalism and hands-on media work with development cooperation, media management and communication science in an international setting.
